Sending servers

EmailFlow AI uses a Bring Your Own Keys model — you connect your own sending provider (Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, SparkPost, or any SMTP relay) and send through your own infrastructure. You control costs, reputation, and vendor choice.

How it works

Open Sending › Servers, pick your provider, and paste your API key or SMTP credentials. EmailFlow AI tests the connection automatically. Once connected, verify your sending domain with DNS records, and you are ready to send.

Domain verification

After connecting a server, verify your sending domain. Open Sending › Domains, add your domain, and publish the DNS records (SPF + DKIM). Once they propagate, click Verify and your domain is live. See Sending domains & DKIM for the step-by-step guide.

Deliverability features

Regardless of which provider you choose, EmailFlow AI handles DKIM signing on your verified domain, automatic bounce and complaint processing (hard bounces and spam complaints are unsubscribed for you), and continuous reputation monitoring. Pair your domain with a custom tracking domain so links are branded as you too.

Email volume

There are no platform-imposed email volume limits. You send as much as your provider account allows. A light per-hour send-rate guard paces large bursts to protect deliverability; the vast majority of senders never touch it.
