Bring Your Own Keys
EmailFlow AI does not charge per email, per AI token, or per verification. You connect your own vendor accounts — sending server (Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, SMTP), AI provider (OpenRouter), and verification server — and pay those vendors directly. The platform fee is a flat $19/month.
When you connect a key
Features unlock as you connect vendor keys. Connecting a sending server unlocks campaign sending and domain management. Adding an AI key unlocks the AI email builder, subject-line generator, and automation chat. Connecting a verification server unlocks contact import with auto-verification. You can set up keys in any order from the API Keys hub.

Is there a free trial? Yes — every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, subscribe for $19/month to continue.
Do I need separate vendor accounts? Yes. You connect your own Amazon SES (or other provider), OpenRouter (for AI), and verification service. You pay those vendors directly at their rates.
What happens when my trial ends? Your data stays safe. Subscribe for $19/month to resume sending, importing, and using AI features. Navigation is never blocked.
Is there a contact or sending limit? The platform imposes no hard limits. A fair-use cap of 10,000,000 contacts applies (disclosed in the Terms of Service). Your sending volume is limited only by your provider account.
