Welcome to EmailFlow AI

EmailFlow AI is an AI-first email marketing platform. Describe the email you want and the AI designs it on-brand in seconds — then you send campaigns, build automations, and track results, all in one place. Connect your own sending provider, AI key, and verification service — you control your infrastructure and costs.

These docs walk you through every part of the product, from your first AI-built email to advanced deliverability and automation. If you're brand new, start with the Quickstart — you'll have a campaign out the door in minutes. If you'd rather understand the building blocks first, read Core concepts.

What you can do

  • Design with AI. The AI Design Studio turns a plain-English prompt into a complete, responsive email, then edits it conversationally — no drag-and-drop and no HTML required.
  • Start from thousands of templates. Browse a huge gallery of professionally designed layouts and customize any of them with AI.
  • Send campaigns. One-off newsletters, announcements, and A/B tests with real-time reporting.
  • Automate journeys. Welcome series, abandoned-cart, and re-engagement flows on a visual canvas — or built for you by AI.
  • Stay in the inbox. DKIM domain authentication, verified senders, and automatic email verification, all built into the platform.

Bring your own delivery provider

You connect your own sending server — Amazon SES (recommended, as low as $1 per 10,000 emails), Mailgun, SendGrid, or any SMTP relay. Verify your sending domain with a few DNS records, and then your mail goes out DKIM-signed as you. Bounces, complaints, and reputation monitoring are handled automatically. Connect a verification server to auto-check imported contacts.

How EmailFlow AI is organized

The app groups everything into a few core areas: Templates (your designs and the gallery), Campaigns (one-time sends), Automations (ongoing flows), Audience (lists, subscribers, segments, and forms), and Brand (your logo, colors, voice, and the assets the AI uses). Account-level settings cover sending, deliverability, plans, and team members.
